Soil cyclic behavior

Hello everyone.
I was looking for a program that would suit me to do numerical modeling of failure in railway subgrade soil due to repeated loading. i want to take into account strain accumulation and pore pressure build-up.
I wonder if CODE_BRIGHT is suitable for this kind of problem.
