software losing connection to license server

Dear good afternoon
I have a license server for GID software, with one license only, but when I use it for a long time, it loses the connection, and my work is lost, since the network where the server was configured is segmented. I would have some way to increase or take this response time option, as I have already tried in several tutorials and I did not find a solution to this problem.

Error:
connection to password server has been lost. Please, SAVE YOUR MODEL. if the connection can not be reestablished in less than 60 minutes, the program will fall back to EVALUATION version automatically.

Dear good morning
The answer you indicated did not solve the problem of loss of connection.
My server is Linux and my client machine is Windows.

Installation on the Linux server:
/usr/local/passerver/

Config
/usr/local/passerver/config/passerver.config

file contents parameters
port 7073
timeout 3600000
acceptIP ...
acceptIP 127.0.0.1

When editing the file passerver.config with parameter 'timecheckconnections', we have obtained the following in the software log:

08:57:22 05/24/2019 warning Unknown configuration option 'timecheckconnections'

By chance I need to set up some kind of environment variable on the client that is installed on a Windows OS?
I am still waiting for a possible new solution and thank you in advance.
