I am a student from INDIA currently studying at BITS Pilani engineering college.I had installed GID one month (15th JAN 2019) ago to work on an opensees class project . This month after the free trial expired ,I went to your site so as to generate a new password since I believe it can be renewed 2 times, but after entering the details it showed me that I have already used up the 3 chances. I had only installed the software the previous month. Moreover it is showing that I have generated 3 passwords on the same date.(attached the screenshot).I would request you to provide me the password for the remaining two months since I have got an important project presentation next month and I am in great distress.
Looking forward to a positive response as soon as possible.

About the one month licence, it is possible to be asked, as you said, until 3 times, but you have asked it accidentally 3 times the same day.
Now we have unlocked it, you can get it again 2 times more in the same page.
