Mesh, angle elements, draping simulation

Dear GiD team,

I ask the experts of you to take a look on my problem. For my draping simulation of composite material it is required to allign the element direction and the fibre orientation. For example a laminate 0°/45°/-45°/90° requires a quadliteral element edited into triangles (how to do I already found in the forum). But, what if I want to use following laminate: 0°/60°/-60°/90°? Is it possible to set upt the elements like in the picture to get a 60° angle? Or is it possible to get any angle?

No, it is not possible to expect from any mesher a mesh of triangles that have these forced directions.

I think that you must manually create the geometry matching exactly what you want in the mesh, and then generate a mesh with only 1 division by line, to have the mesh elements exactly equal to the surfaces.
