Hello everyone!
I'm trying to sweep the circular surface in order to get a turning, but I always get the massage that I cant sweep circle because the line is closed. Can anybody, please help ? Thank You!

This is a limitation of the copy-sweep tool.
To do this sweep you must avoid the closed curve (the circumference with same start and end point)
You can simply divide this curve in two curves:
Geometry->Edit->Divide->lines->Num divisions
select 2 divisions and the lines to be divided
