tutorial problem

dear officer:
i want to use the bexm model to analysis the shallow foundation problem, but when i use it accoding to the tutorial, it always shown many problems. i just want add a fix load on the surface of the foundation with different initial ground water table. but it failed again, why the message said too few numbers in the line.post.res and unknow key '2', in post,res.

i have tried different ways but can not solve it,could you tell me what actually the problems .
