Hi Gid team
I have 2 volumes connected by a common face, the top volume I mesh with hexahedral elements with a few layers, is it possible to convert the layer that is next to the common face to a hybrid pyramid+tetrahedral mesh so I can mesh the lower volume with tetrahedra? If it can be done can you describe the process please?
Regards
Mark

No, we don't generate pyramids.
They are supported to be drawn, selected, postprocessed, etc. but nowadays
we don't generate them.

What you can do is to mesh everything with tetrahedra, the top volume with
structured tetrahedral (that are the hexahedra splitted into tetrahedral)
and in the lower volume unstructured tetrahedral.
