Looking for info on license server software

We have recently purchased a floating license in behalf of a user and I'm looking for the license server documentation. I maintain several license servers for flexlm, rlm, dsls and other software, all are redundant setup. I want to know if the server software plays nicely if I put it on one of the linux license server or if there are known issues. Would you recommend it goes on a Windows server? Would you recommend it goes on its own server and if so, are VMs supported? Any advise will be appreciated.

The floating licence server of GiD (and some of its problemtypes) is called 'PasServer'
You can see some online documentation here
https://www.gidhome.com/documents/passe ... Contenidos

And the installer (Windows or Linux) is at: https://www.gidhome.com/gid-plus/tools/ ... -passerver

Passerver doesn't has any relationship with flexlm.
You can install Passerver on a Linux or Windows server machine, as you prefer, and is possible to install it in a virtual machine (VMWare, VirtualBox,...)
