Hello,
I just buy 3 licences of gid for usb key in order to work on several osx machine (macbook pro).
I use 3 Kingston datatraveler as you recommend on the gid website.
When gid start on osX, it do not detect the usb key. It work on linux so it seems that the key is not wrong.
The apple osx system is: macOS High Sierra version 10.13.2 (the current version)
Have you some idea ?

It seems that something has changed in latest Mac OS X versions, and now the memory sticks are not detected for register GiD on them.
We are studying it to fix it in next 13.0.x official and 13.1.xd developer versions.

Temporary, until a fix is provided, you can use a one month free password for these machines.

Dear Mr. Rio,
we've detected this issue just a couple of days ago. This issue is related to macOS sierra ( 10.12) and high sierra (10.13).
This has been solved right now and in a few days we'll release a new version with this correction.

In the meantime you can get temporary (local) passwords from our web https://www.gidhome.com/purchase/passwords/

Best,

Miguel
