[GiDlist] TCL GiD_Process Mesh structured Lines

Post by abelcs »

Dear Zhao,

I think the problem may be that you are not assigning the number of cells to
the lines of the surface:

when you select Mesh-Structured Surfaces-Assign number of cells (or Assign
Sizes), you select the surfaces, and then a window appears asking for the
number of cells (or size) to be assigned to the lines of that surfaces. If
you assign the number of cells to the lines (by entering the number,
clicking on ok and selecting the lines), it should work like you expect. If
you close that window without assigning any size, the size assigned to that
lines when generating the mesh will be the general mesh size assigned to the
model (the one entered in the window that appears after selecting
Mesh-Generate Mesh).

Regards,

ABEL
