GiD no respond

Hi,

I am using GiD v13.0 64bits on my Windows 10 workstation. It used to work fine but today I can initialize it but there is no Enter Password Window showed up. When I clicked it to open a existing file GiD has no response. The close icon doesn't work as well and I have to shut it down through the Windows Task Manager. I've uninstalled and reinstalled v13.0 and v14.0 for several times, but GiD can only open without showing Enter Password Window. How to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
