The Floating licence is a licence for Networks. But how many Network users can use one of this licence simultaneously?

Hallo
The GiD licence has an unlimited duration for one specific computer. What does this mean with regard to a USB stick. Is it only possible to use the stick for one computer or is it possible to use the USB stick for many computers but only on one Computer at the same time?
