Re: Show scalars in gauss points
It works fine, and you can overlay those points on the model geometry as well which is very convenient. The only issue I have found is that the max and min values in the legend are calculated from the node-extrapolated results and not by the gauss points results ! So they show very different values ...

Re: Incremetal rotation
View rotation only.
I did that using several different scripts and buttons for different angles.
What I was looking for is to somehow to write/read the current state of rotation and apply only a positive/negative increment with just two buttons.

Re: Flatten NURBS curve
Thanks a lot, this is exactly what I do, since I have no script access to internal node coords of a NURBS line, in order to alter them using a script.

Re: Strange issue in node numbering during meshing
Thanks a lot for the information, you are right. I had to cycle the connectivity for problematic elements by calculating their direction vectors, so that their first line is horizontal. That fixed the problem, since there is no other way to read/write their local axes. It is the same thing as trying...

Re: Some suggestions for improvements
You are right, its not possible for everything, but for materials it is essential, as well as respecting different groups (not only layers).
Thanks a very lot for your consideration !

Show scalars in gauss points
Is it possible to show just a colored point from a scalar result at each gauss point, instead of drawing contour, extrapolation etc ? I have a result flag (e.g. cracking) at a concrete element and just want to display that flag (either by a colored point or a label) on the gauss point itself. It see...

Flatten NURBS curve
I have a NURBS line that lies on the XY plane and belongs to an edge of a surface. I want to elevate both ends of this line to a new Z elevation. However, the line become distorted. Is there any easy way to edit all the internal points of the NURBS line to have the same Z elevation and then rebuild ...

Is it possible to write a macro that performs a rotation increment of the current by a specific axis and angle ?
