Re: I cannot install GID with window

Can you please explain with more detail why you can not install GiD in Windows? Can you attach an image with the error?
Which version are you trying to install?

Re: How to create a statistical RMS graph

Hello,

Yes, you are right, this is the way to create the RMS.

Regarding the "Create result" window, yes, it's a bug, thank you for letting us know.
In any case, is working properly, just select the first step for both results and mark the "all steps" box.

Re: Create a rectangle in the YZ plane using GiD_Process

Hello,

No, there isn't a shorter way to define it. You will need to create points, lines and the surface.

Re: problem while using Border graphs in GiD 14.0.1

Hello,

The border graph seems correct to me.
I tried myself with some examples and it's working for me.
Can you please show me the result that you get in GiD v13? Or giving me more details?

Thank you,

Re: The menu bar does not appear

Which command did you activate? Which GiD version are you using? You can use the "Repair GiD" option, it's a utility for applying some actions before starting GiD. You will find it on the start button, inside the GiD folder, if you are in MS Windows system. Try it and select the "Rese...

Re: Silent install and activation

Hello Andrew, There is not a direct command to automate this step as a part of the installation but you have 2 possible options that may be useful. There is another way to set the IP address without starting GiD the first time. After the installation, if you open the file scripts/TemporalVariables (...

Re: postprocess output problem in GID 12.0

Ok, now I've understood your problem. I've tried the same steps in older versions, 9.0 and 10.0 and I'm not getting the desired graph (the second image in T-Y.docx). I'm always getting 2 graphs but this is not an error because the defined line between the 2 points lies in 2 surfaces sets, so you get...
