Half page abstracts on topics related to the themes of the conference are invited by January 22^nd, 2010. Authors are requested to submit their abstracts via the Conference Web Site. Notification of acceptance will be given by February 5^th, 2010 at which stage information regarding the format of the papers to be published will be sent to the authors. The length of the paper should not exceed four pages including figures. Full instructions for writing and submitting both the abstract and the paper are available here . Authors are asked to send their collaborations in addres’pdf format. Other formats will not be accepted. In order to produce the proceedings in time for distribution to the delegates at the conference, completed papers will be required by February 26^th, 2010.
