Vegetation effect for Evapotranspiration

Post by Melia_Hawaii »

Hello,

Can you please provide information on how to incorporate vegetation effect into the atmospheric boundary? There is nothing in the manual or tutorial files on how to select parameters and input parameters into CB. The only input is veg fraction in the boundary conditions interface. What about wilting point, LAI, field capacity etc?

Thank you,
Melia

Hello again,

Is it possible to receive the citation for the transpiration model incorporated in Code_bright?

Thank you,

Hi Alonso,

I noticed a new manual posted on the Code_Bright website. However, after searching through the new manual I have not found any reference to the vegetation surface boundary condition parameters or how to activate the hysteretic behavior of the SWCC curve. Could I please receive guidance with these aspects of the program?

Best regards,
Melia
